This is the final "Proof of concept that not only could capers be successfully grown in Australia, but the Australian product can be successfully marketed.” In 2008 the first proof of concept was the two growers that I helped establish, successfully grow and sell their final caper product to me and secondly, I became a finalist for Vogue Entertainment and Travel “Best Produce” award.

I am pleased to say we were nominated again for 2009 and WON A GOLD MEDAL in the "from the earth" finalists.
